Refunds & Returns

We want every book to arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged during shipping or if we make an error, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just send us a photo of the issue at info@manimaltales.com—no need to return the book. We’ll quickly send you a replacement or offer a full refund.

Need to Update Personalization?

If you need to make changes to your order after placing it or even after receiving it, we’re happy to help! Simply contact us at info@manimaltales.com to let us know what needs to be updated. We’ll remake and resend your book at the cost of production (typically 40-50% of the original price, depending on the book).
